TrademarkTech Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering exceptional services and ensuring client satisfaction. We understand that circumstances change, and this Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds are granted for our services.
By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy applies to all services offered by TrademarkTech Solutions including App Development, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, Business Registration, Business Consultancy, and PR Services.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on when a cancellation request is made relative to the project timeline and the nature of the service engaged.
- Cancellation before project kickoff
- Service not started within agreed timeframe
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Material failure to deliver agreed scope
- Cancellation within 48 hrs of payment (pre-start)
- Work already commenced or delivered
- Change of mind after project start
- Third-party costs already incurred
- Domain, hosting, or licensing fees
- Retainer fees after service period begins
Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Third-party fees — Government filing fees, domain registration, hosting subscriptions, software licences, and advertising spend already committed.
- Completed deliverables — Any milestone, document, design, code module, or report that has been delivered and accepted.
- Consultation sessions — Strategy sessions, discovery calls, and advisory hours that have already taken place.
- Rush or expedited service fees — Premium fees paid for accelerated delivery timelines.
- Social media ad spend — Funds spent directly on paid advertising campaigns on any platform.
Service-Specific Policy
App & Website Development
100% refund if cancelled before project kickoff. After kickoff, refunds are prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation, less any non-recoverable third-party costs. No refund after final delivery and client sign-off.
Social Media Marketing
Monthly retainers are refundable in full if cancelled before the service month begins. Mid-month cancellations are eligible for a prorated refund of the remaining unused days, excluding any ad spend already committed to platforms.
Business Registration
Our service fee is refundable if we have not yet submitted your registration application. Once submission has been made to the relevant authority, our service fee is non-refundable. Government filing fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Business Consultancy
Cancelled sessions with more than 48 hours' notice receive a full credit or refund. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. Reports and strategic documents already delivered are non-refundable.
PR Services
Monthly retainer fees are refundable if cancelled before the service period begins. Once outreach, press release distribution, or media placement has commenced, the month's retainer is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow the steps below. Incomplete requests may result in processing delays.
Contact Us in Writing
Email or call us using the details in Section 9. Provide your full name, service purchased, payment date, and a brief reason for the refund request.
Provide Supporting Information
Attach any relevant documentation — your invoice, payment confirmation, or correspondence related to the service.
Await Assessment
Our team will review your request against this policy within 5 business days and communicate the outcome with a clear rationale.
Refund Issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Processing & Timeline
All refund requests are assessed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Bank transfer refunds: 3–7 business days
- Stripe payment refunds: 5–10 business days
We will notify you by email once a refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing our leadership team. We will conduct an independent internal review and respond within 10 business days.
If the matter remains unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana, US. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
